Ejercicios de velocidad de reacción para porteros (Parte 3)

Domina la velocidad de reacción: porteros más ágiles, rápidos y precisos en cada parada.

Reaction speed exercise with movements and falls

  1. Lateral movement to the indicated cone:
The goalkeeper starts from the center of the goal. Upon receiving visual input from the coach, who will show a color, they must move quickly to touch the cone corresponding to the indicated color, ensuring correct body positioning during the movement.
  2. Side fall to the known side:
After touching the cone, the goalkeeper will return to the indicated position and perform a side fall towards the previously established side, executing the technical gesture with precision.
  3. Repositioning and free kick:
Finally, the goalkeeper will reposition himself in the goal, ready to receive a free kick from a teammate, executing the necessary technical action according to the trajectory of the ball.

Reaction speed exercise with dynamic positioning

  1. Starting position:
The goalkeeper starts positioned next to one of the posts, facing the teammate who has the ball.
  2. Position Correction:
When the teammate sends the ball to the coach, the goalkeeper must quickly move from the post to the center of the goal, adjusting to cover the shot.
  3. Shot with variability:
The coach takes a shot towards the goal, either with his head, a rebounder, or another element that increases the unpredictability of the exercise.
  4. Final technical action:
The goalkeeper reacts to the shot and executes the appropriate technique (block, clearance or deflection) to stop the ball effectively.

Reaction exercise with conditioned blocking and completion

  1. Double throw: The coach starts the exercise with two balls of different colors and throws them simultaneously, one to each side of the goalkeeper.
  2. Color Selection: As the ball approaches the goalkeeper, the coach calls out the color of the ball to be blocked. The goalkeeper reacts quickly and drops to the side to block the designated ball.
  3. Repositioning: After the ball is dropped and returned, the goalkeeper repositions himself towards the blocking side.
  4. Free finish: From this position, the goalkeeper receives a free finish from a teammate, executing the appropriate technique to stop the ball.
