Train at home and improve your reaction with visual stimuli

Reaction speed is a key skill in many daily and sports activities. It involves responding quickly to a stimulus, whether visual, auditory, or tactile. The best thing about this skill is that it can be trained at home, without a lot of resources and just by sharpening your wits.

In this article, we will focus on improving the reaction speed to visual stimuli, a modality that differs from auditory stimuli because it requires processing an image (such as a color) and associating it with a physical response. This not only improves reflexes, but also hand-eye coordination and quick decision-making.

Why train with visual stimuli?

This type of training is ideal for activities that require attention and visual precision, such as team sports, driving, or physical activities that require coordination. Its adaptability allows anyone to do it at home using only a screen (computer, mobile phone, or tablet) and colored sheets or similar materials.
