Ejercicios de paradas frontales para porteros (Parte 1)

Mejora tus paradas frontales: reflejos, técnica y rapidez para porteros más seguros y ágiles.

Lateral coordination, frontal blocking and repositioning exercise

  1. Lateral Coordination on the Hoops:
The drill begins with the goalkeeper performing lateral coordination inside two hoops placed on the floor. This drill focuses on improving agility and quickness in lateral movements, while maintaining good posture and attention to the game.
  2. Output and Front Block:
After completing the coordination, the goalkeeper will make a short output toward the ball, where they must execute a front block on a ball thrown by the coach. It is crucial that the goalkeeper maintain concentration and proper technique to ensure the block.
  3. Repositioning and Low Block:
After the block, the goalkeeper will correct their position in the goal to be in a better position. They will then need to perform a low block on a ball thrown by a teammate, making sure to use the correct technique to stop the ball in this situation.

Lateral coordination exercise, low frontal blocking and repositioning

  1. Lateral Coordination on Hoops:
The drill begins with the goalkeeper performing lateral coordination on a series of hoops placed on the floor. During this phase, the goalkeeper must maintain proper posture and body orientation, focusing on agility and speed in their movements.
  2. Positioning and Low Blocking:
Upon reaching the end of the hoops, the goalkeeper must position themselves correctly in front of them, preparing to receive a low ball thrown by the coach. The objective is to perform a low block, ensuring the ball is well controlled and does not bounce.
  3. Repositioning and Frontal Block:
After the low block, the goalkeeper must quickly correct their position in the goal to prepare for a second ball. On this occasion, they will need to make a frontal block, stopping a teammate's shot, using the appropriate technique to ensure they safely intercept the ball.

Frontal blocking, retreat and coordination exercise

  1. Diagonal Front Block:
The drill begins with the goalkeeper making a diagonal front block toward the goal. During this action, the goalkeeper must maintain good orientation and ensure that he captures the ball with proper technique.
  2. Withdrawal and exit from the front for a low block:
After completing the diagonal block, the goalkeeper must quickly withdraw, passing behind the cones placed on the field. Once the withdrawal is completed, he will exit from the front to make a low block from the front of a ball sent by the coach.
  3. Final withdrawal and frontal block:
After the low block, the goalkeeper must again withdraw, passing behind the cones. To finish, he will perform a frontal exit and complete the final action with a frontal block against a new ball thrown by his teammate.

Frontal blocking, lateral coordination and retreat exercise

  1. Front Block:
The drill begins with the goalkeeper making a front block on a ball passed by the coach. The goalkeeper must maintain a firm stance and make the block using proper technique to ensure control of the ball.
  2. Lateral coordination on the hoops:
After blocking, the goalkeeper will move towards the hoops placed on the floor to perform a lateral coordination exercise, moving in an agile and controlled manner to maintain correct body orientation.
  3. Withdrawal and forward exit:
After completing the coordination, the goalkeeper will make a quick withdrawal, passing behind a cone placed on the field. He must then make a forward exit to intercept the ball.
  4. Low frontal block:
To finish, the goalkeeper must perform a low frontal block, intercepting the ball in the last action of the exercise, using the correct technique to block it and avoid any rebound.
