Ejercicios de juego aéreo para porteros (Parte 2)
Perfecciona tus saltos y dominio aéreo: agilidad, fuerza y confianza para porteros efectivos.
Coordination, clearance and blocking exercise in a stretch
- Ladder Coordination:
The goalkeeper begins the exercise by coordinating on an agility ladder, maintaining a fast and fluid rhythm in the footwork movements, making sure to maintain body orientation towards the game. - Two-fisted clearance:
After the coordination ends, the goalkeeper prepares for an aerial ball thrown by the coach, and must make a two-fisted clearance, maximizing the height and direction of the clearance. - Repositioning and Diving Blocking:
After the clearance, the goalkeeper must quickly reposition himself between the two cones. Once in the correct position, a teammate will throw a ball to one side, and the goalkeeper must perform a lateral dive to block the shot, making sure to cover as much space as possible in the goal.
Unilateral jump exercise, coordination and air blocking
- Unilateral Lateral Hops Over Hurdles: The drill begins with the goalkeeper performing lateral hops over the hurdles, using only one leg (the same leg they will use to push off in the final action of the drill). This exercise develops single-leg power and stability, which is key for push-off in blocking situations.
- Lateral Coordination on the Hoops: After jumping, the goalie continues to perform lateral coordination steps between the hoops, maintaining a low posture and a constant rhythm that helps improve agility and control in lateral movement.
- Positioning and Aerial Blocking: Upon completing the coordination phase, the goalkeeper positions himself appropriately in the penalty area to receive a cross kicked by the coach. The exercise concludes with the goalkeeper making a safe aerial block, training his jumping ability and aerial control.
Diagonal exit drill, aerial block and semi-volley serve
- Diagonal Release and Frontal Block: The drill begins with the goalkeeper making a diagonal release from the goal to intercept a forward ball sent by the coach. The goalkeeper must ensure the block while maintaining control and stability while moving.
- Repositioning for aerial block: After the first block, the goalkeeper quickly repositions himself in the goal to receive an aerial ball thrown by the coach, where he must execute a safe block in the air, working on control in aerial game situations.
- Half-volley throw-in to the wing: After completing the aerial block, the goalkeeper finishes the exercise with a half-volley throw-in to a teammate positioned on the wing, focusing on the accuracy and power of the throw.
Analytical air blocking and center reception exercise
- Cone Rounding and Analytical Air Block: The drill begins with the goalkeeper rounding a cone, maintaining a correct posture and control. He then performs an analytical air block, ensuring he executes the final touch within a marked hoop on the ground and correctly completing the steps required for proper technique in the movement, jump, and block.
- Goal Positioning and Aerial Block After a Cross: After the first play, the goalkeeper positions himself in goal to receive a cross from a teammate on the wing. The goalkeeper must execute a second aerial block with precise technique, focusing on maintaining control of the ball in the air.
