Ejercicios de paradas frontales para porteros (Parte 2)
Perfecciona tus paradas frontales: agilidad, coordinación y reflejos para porteros más efectivos.
Short exits, frontal blocking and retreat exercise
- Short Breakouts and Frontal Blocking: The drill begins with the goalkeeper making short breaks from their starting position in goal to execute a frontal block on a thrown ball. This action focuses on improving blocking technique and control on short forward movements.
- Withdrawal and Block Repetition: After each block, the goalkeeper quickly retreats toward the goal and prepares to repeat the block on a new outbound move. This pattern is repeated, alternating between outbound and withdrawal, to work on speed and accuracy in adjusting his position.
- Final Shot Reception: At the end of the final sequence of blocks, the goalkeeper positions himself in front of the goal to receive a shot from a teammate. This final block concludes the exercise, reinforcing the ability to respond to different shooting situations.
Lateral movement, frontal stop and air blocking exercise
- Lateral Movement and Frontal Block: The drill begins with the goalkeeper performing a lateral movement, passing outside the first cone, where he or she will execute a frontal block. The goalkeeper must focus on controlling the ball, maintaining a correct posture and ensuring intervention with his or her feet and body.
- Repetition with other cones: The goalkeeper repeats the same lateral movement and frontal stop around the following cones, working on agility, movement control, and precision in each intervention.
- Withdrawal and reception of the aerial ball: After the final save, the goalkeeper makes a quick withdrawal to return to the start of the drill. At this point, the coach will throw an aerial ball to the goalkeeper, who must move and make an aerial block, ensuring a firm intervention in the air.
Lateral shift and front stop exercise
- Lateral movement to the cone and return to the center of the goal: The drill begins with the goalkeeper positioned in the center of the goal, from where he or she moves laterally to the cone on one side. He or she then returns to the center of the goal, reinforcing control in lateral movements and positioning.
- Front-to-Back Block and Return to Coach: Upon reaching the center, the goalkeeper prepares to make a front-to-back block on a ball thrown by the coach. After the block, he returns the ball in a controlled manner to the coach, maintaining precision on the return.
- Ride Around the Cone and Low Front Stop: After returning the ball, the goalkeeper moves around the outside of the cone in front of him, maintaining his forward orientation. To finish the drill, he executes a low front stop on another thrown ball, focusing on low block technique and quick reaction.
Coordination exercise with steps, retreats and stops
- Double lateral supports on steps:
The exercise begins with the goalkeeper performing double lateral supports on two steps, working on coordination and reaction speed in short movements. - Head-on save:
After completing the final touch, the goalkeeper receives a ball from the coach to make a head-on save, reinforcing technique and confidence in blocking. He then passes the ball back to the coach in a controlled manner. - Fallback to goal and low frontal save:
The goalkeeper then makes a quick retreat towards the goal, positioning himself to receive a low ball from the coach, making a low frontal save. This movement improves reaction and control of low balls. - Diagonal exit and final action:
To finish, the goalkeeper makes a diagonal exit towards a ball sent by a teammate, executing the last action of the exercise, whether it be a save, clearance or block, depending on the simulated situation.
