Ejercicios de técnica y posicionamiento para porteros (Parte 3)

Domina técnica y posicionamiento: porteros más efectivos, seguros y estratégicos en cada jugada.

Exit exercise, front stop, retreat and side fall

  1. Outbound and Frontal Stop: The goalkeeper begins the drill with an outbound stop to approach a blocking position and make a frontal stop on a throw from the coach. He then accurately returns the ball to the coach.
  2. Withdrawal and lateral drop: After returning the ball, the goalkeeper makes a quick withdrawal, repositioning himself correctly to execute a lateral drop in the indicated direction, reinforcing the technique and control in this action.
  3. Repeat on the other pair of cones: The goalkeeper moves to the other side of the goal and repeats the same actions: he makes a start for a frontal save, followed by a retreat and a lateral drop in the new position.
  4. Final exit and landing in a stretch: To finish, the goalkeeper makes a final frontal exit towards a ball thrown by the coach, this time finishing with a lateral landing in a stretch, focusing on maximum coverage and extension in the movement.

Lateral drop and positioning drill for completion

  1. Initial lateral fall: The drill begins with the goalkeeper performing a lateral fall to a known side, making sure to execute the technique correctly.
  2. Repositioning and Back Pass: After returning the ball to the teammate, the goalkeeper positions himself at the landing post and prepares to receive a back pass, with which he must make another lateral drop, maintaining the correct technique.
  3. Positioning for the finish: After the lateral drop, the goalkeeper repositions himself correctly in the goal, lining up with the teammate to whom he had previously passed the ball.
  4. Movement for the finish: The teammate makes a pass to the player on the other side, and the goalkeeper must move quickly to position himself and stop the finish he receives.

Reaction and positioning exercise

  1. Side-fall start: The goalkeeper begins the exercise by falling sideways to the known side.
  2. Repositioning after the fall: After the fall, the goalkeeper returns the ball to the thrower and quickly positions himself at the landing post.
  3. Final repositioning and second finish: After the action, the goalkeeper repositions himself on the other side of the goal and prepares to receive a second finish, this time from another teammate, executing the corresponding save or deflection.
  4. Reposicionamiento final y segunda finalización: Tras la acción, el portero se reposiciona al otro costado de la portería y se prepara para recibir una segunda finalización, esta vez de otro compañero, ejecutando la parada o desvío correspondiente.

Positioning and completion exercise

  1. Starting run towards the post: The goalkeeper starts from the center of the goal and makes a quick run up to the height of the post, maintaining the correct orientation.
  2. Position Correction and Shot in Zone 1: Upon reaching the goalpost, a teammate passes back to the coach. The goalkeeper must quickly correct his position to cover Zone 1, anticipating the coach's shot. He makes the save using the appropriate technique.
  3. Positioning for a finish: After the save, the goalkeeper must quickly get up and run to get into a new position in front of the goal, ready to receive a finish from another teammate.
