Ejercicios de técnica y posicionamiento para porteros (Parte 4)

Avanza en técnica y posicionamiento: porteros más seguros, rápidos y precisos en cada acción.

Diagonal movement, stopping and finishing exercise

  1. Lateral movement: The goalkeeper begins the exercise by moving laterally between the cones, completing a round trip, working on agility and movement technique.
  2. Front-end start and stop: Upon returning to the start, make an explosive start to face a frontal ball, completing a safe stop with adequate control.
  3. Side Drop and Repositioning: After the save, he executes a side drop to the near post, ensuring precise technique. He then quickly repositions the goalkeeper to finish with a diagonal move, working on speed, agility, and spatial control.

Stopping, Clearing, and Finishing Drill

  1. Diagonal front save: The goalkeeper begins with a diagonal front save, working on control and correct blocking technique.
  2. Withdrawal and Punch Clearance: After the save, he makes a quick withdrawal toward the front of the goal. From this position, he faces a ball from a teammate, making a powerful two-punch clearance, prioritizing safety and distance in the clearance.
  3. Repositioning and diagonal finishing: After the clearance, he quickly repositions himself to face a diagonal finish, maintaining an appropriate posture to respond quickly and effectively.

Passing, lateral drop and repositioning drill for completion

  1. Control and pass: The goalkeeper starts with a oriented control after receiving a pass from a teammate and makes a diagonal pass to another player, working on precision and reading the game.
  2. Side Drop: After the pass, he quickly moves to the post and executes a technical side drop, ensuring a good block or clearance.
  3. Replacement and technical action: After falling, he returns to his position next to the post. When the coach sends a pass to shooting zone 1, the goalkeeper adjusts to the situation and executes the appropriate technical action (block, clearance, or deflection).
  4. Replacement and finishing: Finally, he moves diagonally to receive a free finish from another teammate, working on reflexes and reaction to unexpected shots.

Running exercise, front stop and side fall

  1. Front run and save: The goalkeeper starts with an explosive run from the center of the goal towards the post, where he makes a safe front save, ensuring good positioning.
  2. Replacement after back pass: After returning the ball to the coach, he stands next to the post waiting for a back pass to zone 2. Upon detecting the pass, he must adjust his movements and position himself before his teammate controls the ball, anticipating the play.
  3. Finishing and Response: After the teammate has controlled the ball, the ball is sent into the goal. The goalkeeper must react quickly and execute the appropriate technical action to prevent the goal.
  4. Side Drop: After returning the ball, he returns to his post and prepares for another defensive action, this time performing a side drop in response to another back pass.
