Ejercicios de caídas laterales para porteros (Parte 4)

Avanza en tus caídas laterales: reflejos, coordinación y control para porteros más confiables.

Lateral displacement, uncertain fall and free hitting exercise

  1. Lateral movement between cones: The goalkeeper begins the exercise by moving laterally through the cones located in his area of action. This movement strengthens coordination, agility, and spatial control.
  2. Side-fall with uncertainty: At the end of the movement, the goalkeeper positions himself correctly and receives a ball thrown by the coach or teammate, executing a side-fall toward the side indicated by the ball delivery. This action improves reaction and decision-making skills in unpredictable situations.
  3. Continuation according to the fall: Depending on the side to which the fall was made, the goalkeeper continues the exercise by adjusting his movement to correctly align himself with the play and prepare for the final action.
  4. Free kick to finish: To conclude, the goalkeeper positions himself correctly in the goal and faces a free kick from a teammate. This last action works on reaction, positioning, and blocking in a more dynamic context.

Movement, jumping and lateral landing exercise with a technical focus

  1. Correct Orientation Cone Circling: The goalkeeper starts in front of a cone, circling it while maintaining proper body orientation at all times, ensuring that the goalkeeper follows the visual and tactical play correctly.
  2. Side jump over a high hurdle: After completing the round-the-clock, the goalkeeper performs a side jump over a high hurdle, maintaining body control and preparing for the next action.
  3. Drop-in Side: Immediately after the jump, the coach throws a ball to the side, allowing the goalkeeper to execute a drop-in side to intercept it.
  4. Final lateral drop and displacement: After returning the ball to the coach, the goalkeeper moves around the second cone and, once positioned correctly, executes a final lateral drop with technical precision to complete the exercise.

Lateral fall exercise with displacements

  1. Starting Run with Lateral Drop: The goalkeeper begins the drill by running to the designated cone. Upon reaching it, the coach will send a ball to the designated side, and the goalkeeper must perform a lateral drop to intercept it.
  2. Lateral-dorsal displacement: After returning the ball to the coach, the goalkeeper will pass outside the cone where he made the first drop and continue with a lateral-dorsal displacement between the cones arranged.
  3. Second lateral drop to finish: Upon reaching the last cone, the goalkeeper will receive a ball sent by a teammate. This time, he must perform another lateral drop, thus completing the drill.

Shifting exercise, lateral jumps and lateral fall

  1. Forward-backward movement between hurdles: The goalkeeper begins by continuously moving back and forth between the hurdles, working on coordination, speed, and body control. The goal is to complete the course and return to the start of the hurdles.
  2. Lateral jumps: Once at the starting point, the goalkeeper performs two quick lateral jumps, maintaining technique and stability in each movement.
  3. Side Drop to the Ball: After completing the side jumps, perform a precise side drop to intercept a ball thrown by the coach, prioritizing ball control and good landing technique.
