Ejercicios de juego aéreo para porteros (Parte 3)

Domina el juego aéreo: saltos, reflejos y coordinación para porteros más seguros y ágiles.

Coordination, clearance, aerial blocking and lateral fall exercise

  1. Lateral coordination on a ladder: The goalkeeper begins the exercise by performing a series of lateral movements up a ladder, working on his agility and coordination.
  2. Punched Clearance: At the end of the ladder, the goalkeeper receives a ball thrown by the coach and executes a punched clearance. The ball must be directed accurately toward a teammate on the edge of the box.
  3. Positioning and aerial blocking: After the clearance, the goalkeeper quickly repositions himself in the goal and must make an aerial block against a cross sent by his teammate from the wing.
  4. Side drop: Finally, the goalkeeper makes a side drop to a known side after hitting the ball that he had previously cleared, thus completing the action.

Air blocking exercise with technical progression

  1. Conditioned aerial block with hoops: The goalkeeper begins the exercise in front of a series of hoops placed on the floor. When the coach sends the ball, the goalkeeper must move correctly between the hoops, following the indicated steps, to execute an effective aerial block.
  2. Withdrawal and Drop-In: After returning the ball to the coach, the goalkeeper will quickly drop back toward the goal. Upon reaching his position, he will execute a precise drop-in, responding to the coach's ball.
  3. Positioning and Dropping Backward After a Backpass: After the dropback, the goalkeeper will quickly position himself next to the corresponding post. Upon receiving a backpass, he will execute another dropback, demonstrating technical control and quick reaction.

Clearing drill with 2 fists and lateral drops

  1. Two-fisted front clearance: The exercise begins with the goalkeeper facing a frontal ball sent by a teammate, making a two-fisted clearance with force and precision to return the ball.
  2. Side drop to the near post: After the clearance, the goalkeeper quickly moves around the outside of the cone to perform a side drop to the near post, ensuring proper technique and covering the space well.
  3. Side drop to the opposite post: Finally, he repositions himself and prepares for a new action, culminating in a side drop to the opposite post, responding to a ball sent by the teammate of the first action.

Aerial blocking and lateral falls exercise

  1. Air block from the side: The drill begins with the goalkeeper performing an aerial block from the side, making sure to maintain good technique and control in the jump.
  2. Side drop deflecting the ball: After the block, pass behind the cone and perform a side drop, deflecting the ball to the side, working on the speed and precision of the action.
  3. Shift and new lateral drop: The goalkeeper quickly moves to the cone and finishes the exercise with another lateral drop to the same side, reinforcing the stretching technique and space coverage.
