Ejercicios de caídas laterales para porteros (Parte 5)
Optimiza tus caídas laterales: fuerza, velocidad y técnica para porteros más ágiles y seguros.
Lateral Movement and Drop Drill
- Lateral Movement to the Post and Lateral Drop: The drill begins with the goalkeeper moving laterally to the nearest post. Once there, they perform a lateral drop to the far post, ensuring they cover as much distance as possible and control the ball.
- Stepping Behind and in Front of the Cones: After rising, the goalkeeper passes behind the first cone, advances in front of the next cone, and returns to the first. This route works on agility, coordination, and spatial control.
- Final Lateral Drop: Upon reaching the first cone again, the goalkeeper completes the drill with a lateral drop, applying precise technique to ensure ball control and minimize impact.
Coordination and Lateral Drop Drill
- Lateral Coordination on a Ladder: The goalkeeper begins the drill by working on agility and speed with lateral movements on the first ladder, focusing on maintaining a steady rhythm and proper posture.
- Frontal Coordination on a Ladder: After completing the first ladder, they perform frontal movements on a second ladder, working on coordination and control with each step until they reach the end.
- Lateral Drop to the Near Post: After completing the ladder, the goalkeeper quickly moves to the near post, where they finish the drill with a precise lateral drop, ensuring proper technique to cover the space.
Side Hops and Low Side Drop Drill
- Side Hops or Double Landings on Low Hurdles: The drill begins with the goalkeeper performing three side hops or double landings on low hurdles, maintaining a controlled rhythm and working on lateral explosiveness with each movement.
- Side Hops on the Coach's Throw: After clearing the last hurdle, the goalkeeper quickly positions himself to perform a low side hop. The coach throws the ball and must intercept it accurately, ensuring good control of the landing technique and protecting the entire space.
Hop, Drop, and Lateral Drop Drill
- Lateral Drop and Drop: The drill begins with a lateral jump over a low hurdle, followed by a drop behind the cone, simulating a quick position adjustment.
- Sequence Repeated at Each Hurdle: The sequence is repeated at each hurdle in the circuit, prioritizing agile and fluid movement to maintain a steady and controlled rhythm.
- Lateral Drop to the Coach's Throw: After completing the last lateral jump, a low lateral drop is performed to intercept a coach's throw, focusing on precise and controlled landing technique.
