Ejercicios de juego aéreo para porteros (Parte 5)

Optimiza tus despejes y saltos: agilidad, fuerza y seguridad para porteros más efectivos.

Coordination and Aerial Blocking Drill

  1. Frontal Coordination on a Ladder: The drill begins with the goalkeeper performing frontal coordination movements on a ladder, improving agility and quickness in movement.
  2. Coordination on Hoops: Next, the goalkeeper moves to a series of hoops, where he performs coordination exercises, alternating landings with precision and maintaining rhythm.
  3. Frontal Aerial Block: Finally, the goalkeeper positions himself to receive a high ball, executing a frontal aerial block with proper technique and ensuring ball control.

Aerial Blocking and Movement Drill

  1. Forward-Backward Movement Between Cones: The goalkeeper begins by performing a controlled forward-backward movement across a row of cones, working on agility and control during changes of direction.
  2. Lateral Movement Between Cones: After completing the first row, the goalkeeper performs lateral movements between another row of cones, maintaining a low and controlled stance to strengthen lateral coordination.
  3. Aerial Block from the Wing: Upon reaching the last cone, the goalkeeper positions himself to receive a ball in the air from the wing, finishing the drill with a precise and secure aerial block.

Aerial Block, Movement, and Double Dive Drill

  1. Front Aerial Block: The drill begins with the goalkeeper receiving an aerial ball in a frontal position, which they must secure with a high block. This action develops confidence, jump timing, and reception technique for high balls.
  2. Cone Round and Dive to the Near Post: After the block, the goalkeeper quickly rounds a laterally located cone and performs a dive aimed at the near post, simulating an intervention after a cross or through ball, developing lateral agility and explosiveness.
  3. Repositioning and Dive to the Opposite Post: Immediately after the first dive, the goalkeeper quickly recovers and repositions to perform a second dive, this time toward the opposite post, in response to a teammate's free finish from the edge of the box. This phase trains reaction time, recovery speed, and technical control under pressure.

Punching Clearance and Response to Finishing Drill

  1. Punching Clearance After a Diagonal Cross: The drill begins with the coach sending a diagonal ball into the box. The goalkeeper must attack the ball and clear it using a single punch, working on clearing technique in traffic situations, timing, and upper body strength.
  2. Repositioning in Goal: After the clearance, the goalkeeper must quickly return to their position, prioritizing proper body orientation and reading of the game.
  3. Finishing from the Edge: Once repositioned, the goalkeeper prepares to face a free pass from a teammate from the edge of the box, developing their reaction, positioning, and decision-making skills in second-ball situations.
